Meet the Team

Hank completed the Johns Hopkins BLocal BUILD College. His 30+ years of construction experience inludes Chief Operations Officer, Regional Operations Manager, Project Manager and Estimator. He has high proficency in construction estimating software and served 9 years in the Army.

Angela has 38 years managerial and supervisory experience. She has a certificate from the SBA Boots to Business training course and is a Licensed Notary. She handles internal financial operations via QuickBooks, oversees Human Resources, payroll, vendor management and local industry community partnerships. 

Cynthia has over 15 years experience in IT project management, business management and several other administrative areas. She supports internal job monitoring, monthly AIA billing processes and point of contact for social media inquiries. 

Joshua is a graduate of Project JumpStart and is responsible for job site preparation, monitoring and coordination of materials and supplies. In addition to OSHA 30 certification and CPR training, he has the following certifications: Forklift Operator, Scissor Lift Operator, Lull Operator, Straight Lift Operator, Backhoe and Bobcat. 

Dan oversees the day to day operations  at job sites in the field. He has over 30 years experience in commercial laboratory casework installation as well as construction management expertise in all trades.  

 Melvin has over 20 years experience in commercial laboratory casework, commercial and residential carpentry, including cabinets, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, ceramic and VCT tile, base and crown molding. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
