  After initial award, the pre-construction period gives us an opportunity to award trade contracts, gather submittals, identify material lead times, finalize the construction schedule and review construction details with the customer. Time spent on the front end brings awareness of material constraints and helps the team to understand each others roles as it relates to the schedule, approval, manufacturing and construction phase to avoid delays. Exploring options while keeping an eye on budgets to ensure the highest quality at the lowest costs, to stay on top of schedules for timely delivery, while working closely with the design team to create owners vision. 

 A critical phase in any build, the turn over and training required to demonstrate the plans success. This phase includes final clean, systems training, final inspections, close-out documents and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk through to ensure your satisfaction.
