President & Founder

Hank completed the Johns Hopkins BLocal BUILD College. His 30+ years of construction experience inludes Chief Operations Officer, Regional Operations Manager, Project Manager and Estimator. He has high proficency in construction estimating software and served 9 years in the Army. 

Project Coordinator 

Cynthia has over 15 years’ experience in IT project management as a Certified Associate in Project Management and several other business administrative areas. She supports internal job monitoring, notary services, AIA billing processes and is point of contact for social media inquiries. 

Logistics Manager 

Tyrone is responsible for deliveries and oversight of materials in the field. He ensures that safety guidelines are followed and all construction safety codes are met. He collaborates with clients and contractors to mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise from delays, weather, or emergencies.

 Carpentry Services

Melvin has over 20 years of experience in commercial laboratory casework, commercial and residential carpentry, including cabinets, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, ceramic and VCT tile, base, and crown molding. 

 Drywall Services

Jose has over 30 years of experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair techniques for commercial and residential projects and mentors teams of drywall installers and subcontractors. He is committed to safety standards and OSHA compliance, ensuring quality craftsmanship. He collaborates with all stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Accounting Services
Lisa has over 25 years’ experience in tax accounting and financial management, with degrees in both fields. Her team specializes in personalized business solutions, including bookkeeping setup and cleanup, AP/AR management, payroll processing, monthly reconciliations, budgeting, and financial statement preparation. They work closely with clients to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant records.
